2-3 Tsp. Soy Sauce
1-2 Tsp. Sriracha
Dash of Ginger (fresh is you can)
4 cups of low-sodium chicken broth
Bring chicken broth to a light boil, then reduce to simmer. Add 2-3 Tsp. Soy Sauce, and 1-2 Tsp. Sriracha. Stir in ginger. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
In separate bowl, crack eggs and separate out white, toss the yolks or keep them for a different recipe.
Turn the heat off. Stir broth so that you get a nice whirlpool motion going on.
Drizzle in egg whites, slowly; keeping with the circular motion of the broth.
Allow eggs to cook for 2-3 minutes. Then serve it up.
Indulge all you want, only 124 calories for the whole pot!
